Requirements for joining Intermediate Squad

1. Swimmers must have passed Stage 10 from a reputable Swim England Swim School or have competed at an appropriate level within another Swim England Affiliated Club
2. Swimmers should have a good understanding go the fundamentals of competitive swimming with  strong stroke techniques, competitive starts and underwater skills.
3. Swimmers must be able to commit to regular, ongoing training, as swimmers who do not demonstrate strong enough commitment will be moved to a lower squad.
4. Swimmers must have good team skills, and be willing to work as part of a team and contribute towards the intermediate squad ethos of training as a team.
